You can delete your Session Concierge account yourself at any time from the app. If you do not have the app installed, you can do the same thing in a browser at session-concierge.com.
| Item | What happens |
|---|---|
| Email address and password | Deleted (you can no longer sign in) |
| Display name | Deleted |
| Profile image | Deleted |
| Bio, social links, instruments you play | Deleted |
| Notification settings and notification destinations | Deleted (you will no longer receive notifications) |
| Upcoming sessions you host | Deleted (draft, pre-announcement, recruiting). However, sessions that have a co-host are not deleted — the co-host can keep running them. |
The following remains because other participants need it as their own record. However, your name is shown as "Withdrawn", so you cannot be identified.
| Item | What happens |
|---|---|
| Records of sessions you attended | Remains (name shown as "Withdrawn") |
| Comments you posted | Remains (name shown as "Withdrawn") |
| Songs you requested and records of performances | Remains (name shown as "Withdrawn") |
| Ranking totals | Remains as aggregated figures (individuals cannot be identified) |
If you cannot delete the account yourself — because you cannot sign in, for example — please contact us using "Contact us" in the app (Menu → Contact us). You can send a message without signing in.
You can also open session-concierge.com in a browser and follow the same steps. We will check your request and carry out the deletion.
When you carry out the deletion, everything under "Data that is deleted" above is deleted immediately. It may remain temporarily in backups, which are also erased in turn.
The data under "Data that remains" is kept with your name hidden for as long as the Service continues.
