How to register and log in

  1. Open "Log in" from the menu or the prompts on each screen.
  2. First time here? Go to "New here? Create an account". Just enter your email address, password, and display name.
  3. Forgot your password? Reset it by email from "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.

Sign in with Google

At the bottom of the sign-in screen there is "Continue with Google". You don't have to choose a password, so it's the quicker way to get started.

  1. Press "Continue with Google" and pick the Google account you want to use.
  2. If it's your first time, a screen asks you to choose a display name. Your Google name is filled in, but it's the name other participants see, so change it if you'd like.
  3. If that name is already taken, you'll be told right there — just change it and press "Confirm".
Each email address has exactly one account. If you already registered with an email address and password and then sign in with Google using the same address, you land in the same account as long as your email is verified (after that, either way works, and your history stays in one place). If your email is not verified yet, you can't (you'll see "This email address is registered with a password") — sign in with your password and finish verifying first.
💡If you joined "on the spot" via QR or a join ID and then register with Google, that day's participation record carries over — same as registering by email.
Even if you joined "on the spot" with just a name via QR or a join ID, registering later lets you carry over that day's participation record as is. It's reflected in the rankings too.
💡Display names must be unique across everyone. If a name is already taken, you can't register or join with it, so please choose a different one. This is the rule that lets everyone tell "who is on which part" on the jam board during the session.

Profile & settings

Open it from the menu or the icon at the top right.

What you can set in your profile

  • Display name (unique across everyone, up to 30 characters) / Bio / Profile image
  • Your parts: the parts are listed as buttons (chips) — just tap to select, tap again to unselect. Choose as many as you like. Shown on your public profile.
  • Social / YouTube links: press "Add link" to add a row and paste a URL. Remove a row with the ✕ ("Remove this link") at its right. Up to 10 links. While your profile is public, they appear on your public profile as buttons labeled by kind (YouTube, X, and so on) — pressing one opens that page.
  • The business account checkbox (off means personal; a badge appears when public)
  • The "Make profile info public" checkbox (see below)
For social / YouTube links you only paste the URL. The kind (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other) is detected automatically from the URL, so there's nothing to choose. Only URLs starting with http:// or https:// are accepted; any other row shows "URLs must start with http:// or https://." in red. You can't save while such a row is there (pressing Save shows the same message). A blank row you haven't filled in yet is fine — it just isn't saved.
💡A display name change is checked by the server when you press Save. If someone else is using the name, you'll see "That display name is already taken" and nothing is saved (the other fields aren't saved either, so choose another name and save again). If the length or characters aren't allowed, you'll see "That display name cannot be used".

Notification settings are done on a separate screen, from "Notifications" in the menu.

Public profile

Your profile is private at first. Turn public on and others can see your bio and the sessions you've hosted or joined. While it's off, only your icon and display name are visible.

Premium users can show a "profile QR". Scanning it lets people browse the list of sessions that person has hosted or joined.

Blocking and promo codes

  • Block: Hides a specific user's comments. Blocking is done from the "⋮" menu on a comment (it can't be done from the profile screen). The block stays even if they change their name (it remembers the account, not the name). You can unblock anytime from the blocked list.
  • Promo code: Enter a code you've been given to get Premium for a set period.

Active promo codes

At the bottom of the profile screen there's a "Promo codes" section, showing the codes you've applied so far with the code name, granted date, expiry, and status (active / expired) (visible only to you). Below it, "Apply a promo code" lets you enter a new code.

Blocking is a "hide it on the viewer's screen" mechanism. It has no effect on the venue monitor (a display everyone watches together). Also, it is not reflected in the rankings — a blocked person's name still appears in the rankings as is.

Deleting your account

If you want to leave, you can delete your own account from "Delete account" at the very bottom of the profile screen (no need to contact us). A confirmation screen appears — please read it before continuing.

  • What is deleted: your email address and password (you will no longer be able to sign in), display name, profile image, bio, and social / YouTube links. Your display name is released, so someone else can use that name afterwards.
The confirmation screen lists only the main items (social links aren't named there, but they go too). Your profile returns to private, so your parts are no longer visible to others either.
  • What remains: your participation records and comments. This is so that other participants' records, and the records of the sessions themselves, are not broken. Your name is shown as "Withdrawn" (「退会済」 when the app is in Japanese).
Deletion cannot be undone. Signing up again with the same email address does not bring your old records back (it becomes a new, separate account). There is no refund for any unused Premium period.
If you host sessions that haven't happened yet, a warning appears on the confirmation screen. Upcoming sessions (draft, announced, recruiting) are deleted along with your account. If people have already signed up, please let them know first.
Note that sessions with a co-host are not deleted (the co-host can keep running them), and ongoing and finished sessions also remain (they are part of other participants' records).

For details, see Article 13 of the Terms of Service and "Deleting your account" in the Privacy Policy (Japanese only).
